Cookieless visitor statistics

This site uses a privacy-focused analytics system hosted on a private server. It records aggregate metrics such as page visits, referral sources, and button taps without setting cookies, tracking personal identifiers across other websites, or building individual user profiles. Because no tracking cookies are used, this website does not require an intrusive cookie consent banner.

The contact form

When you submit an inquiry through the contact form, the details you provide (name, email, optional phone number, optional website URL, and project message) are securely routed through an encrypted Cloudflare Worker and delivered directly to my private inbox.

Your contact details are used strictly to communicate with you about your project inquiry. I never sell, rent, or share personal information with third-party advertisers, and you will never be placed on an automated marketing newsletter list without your explicit request.

The form may employ Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse and spam submissions. Turnstile evaluates non-invasive browser signals to confirm human interaction without tracking user browsing history.

Direct email and phone communications

If you email or call me directly, your correspondence is preserved in my records to facilitate project planning, service delivery, and ongoing support.

Hosting, security and server logs

This website is served securely over HTTPS. Like standard web servers, standard access logs (request timestamps, HTTP status codes, and anonymized technical headers) are temporarily maintained to monitor server stability and defend against denial-of-service attacks. Server logs are never analyzed for advertising purposes.

Data retention and your choices

Inquiry messages and project records are retained for the duration of our professional relationship and for standard accounting and business record-keeping purposes. You have the right to request a copy of the information held about you, request corrections, or request deletion of your correspondence at any time by emailing contact@taptheweb.us. I will reply within one business day.

External website links

This website includes links to client websites (e.g. Al-Jamal Plumbing, JDS Tree Services) and external platforms (such as Google Search Console or Google Maps). Those third-party sites operate under their own independent terms and privacy policies.
