Context & Challenge

The customer problem

When a pipe bursts, nobody reads paragraphs. A homeowner needs three answers in seconds: are you open, do you cover my area, and how do I reach you.

What changed

A stressed homeowner gets a straight line from the problem to a phone call. Commercial customers get their own route, so nobody has to dig.

Practical takeaway

The lesson for any emergency trade: put your hours and your phone number where a panicked thumb lands first. Everything else can wait for the second scroll.
