Context & Challenge

The customer problem

Technochauf needed one mobile-first site to explain a broad service range—from plumbing and heating to pools, solar energy, and hammams—without making emergency customers or larger-project leads hunt for the right next step.

What changed

The live site now separates urgent calls from planned projects while keeping both paths easy to reach. Customers can understand the full service range, review completed work, and request the right kind of follow-up.

Practical takeaway

When one contractor covers many technical trades, the site has to sort visitors quickly. Emergency customers need a direct call path, while planned-project customers need service detail, proof, and a useful quote request.
